Job Descriptions:


  1. Suggests food and beverages be well versed with the menu, method of preparation, and accompaniments.
  2. Cleans and polishes Glassware, Chinaware, hollowware, and flatware.
  3. Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at the working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
  4. Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment.
  5. Obtains requested items from the store room.
  6. Keeps general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working area.
  7. Follows the correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
  8. Sets up tables in accordance with Restaurant policy.
  9. Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.
  10. Transports soiled dishes from the dining room to the kitchen and deposited them in proper placing at the Steward area.
  11. Cleans all spillage during mealtime and at closing.


Requirements:


  • Able to communicate in English
  • Possess customer service skills
