Job Descriptions:
- Assist in all food preparation and help to run the station that he/she is assigned to efficiently.
- Assist the supervisor to run the station efficiently.
- Obtain requisitioned goods from the storeroom.
- Stock food items neatly in shelves and fridges.
- Keep the section that he is assigned to in good working order.
- Assist in cleaning utensils and equipment.
- Work according to standard recipes.
- Keep good rapport with all staff.
- Follow hotel rules and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or relevant field
- Experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
