Job Descriptions:


  1. Assist in all food preparation and help to run the station that he/she is assigned to efficiently.
  2. Assist the supervisor to run the station efficiently.
  3. Obtain requisitioned goods from the storeroom.
  4. Stock food items neatly in shelves and fridges.
  5. Keep the section that he is assigned to in good working order.
  6. Assist in cleaning utensils and equipment.
  7. Work according to standard recipes.
  8. Keep good rapport with all staff.
  9. Follow hotel rules and regulations at all times.

 

 Requirements:


  • Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or relevant field
  • Experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
