Job Descriptions:
- Greeting guests and assisting with luggage upon arrival and departure
- Providing information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and amenities
- Answering guest inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby area
- Coordinating transportation arrangements for guests
- Delivering messages, packages, and other items to guests as requested
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation options
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English and local language(s)
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
