Operations Executive (Johor Bharu)

Job Summary:

As an Operation Executive, the primary responsibility is to ensure that the preparation work is performed in order to allow the Floral Artisan to create flower arrangements at an effective speed. An Operation Executive should have good coordination with the cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily businesses are operated in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with quality requirements.
• Coordinating the logistic routing for delivery.
• Work closely with the production and delivery team to ensure products and services rendered in a timely manner.
• Preparing orders and pick-packing for deliveries.
• Liaising with Logistic partners as well as internal HQ operations team.
• Managing inventory for the hub.
• Handle the printing of cards and photos.
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting supervisor.

Requirements:

• Strong communications skills both verbal and written in English & Mandarin.
• Proven working experience as an Operations Executive
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and metrics
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel
• Excels at operating in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
