Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources & Administrative Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR functions while also managing building management tasks to ensure a safe and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting job postings, coordinating interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
Employee Experience:
- Coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and contribute to HR policy enforcement to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Employer Branding:
- Participate in planning and executing employer branding initiatives, both digital and in-person, to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Learning and Development:
- Support the planning and execution of Learning and Development activities, including sourcing suitable training programs, applying for training grants, and coordinating in-house training sessions.
HR Administration:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR team members, including preparing documents, maintaining process documentation, and ensuring accurate HR record-keeping.
- Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Managers or the Head of People.
Workplace Management:
- Monitor building systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiency, coordinating timely maintenance and repairs.
- Uphold workplace safety and security standards, including overseeing pest control measures and ensuring compliance with emergency preparedness protocols.
- Implement and enforce building policies and procedures to maintain a conducive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Proactive learner and problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Prior internship or work experience in Human Resources is advantageous.
