BloomThis is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. You’ll be owning the planning, execution, analysis and optimisation of paid media campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads and more. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and thinks strategically while having an eye for brand and design.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm campaign ideas with the team
• Research paid marketing strategies
• Build and understand customer personas
• Strategize and plan digital media campaigns including timelines, budgets, audiences and creatives
• Create ad copy and visual briefs for the creative team
• Compile copies, visuals and videos for final setup
• Build campaigns, ad sets and ads in Google and Meta ad platforms
• Update performance reports
• Analyze campaign performance
• Optimize campaign performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a performance marketer / digital media buyer in an agency or brand
• BA in marketing or related field
• Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Highly curious, analytical and creative
• Strong understanding of paid marketing strategies and best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while working well with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize
• Passion for continuous improvement
