Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Partnerships & Collaboration:

• Identify potential partners and collaborations to expand the brand's reach.

• Negotiate and establish partnerships that align with the company's marketing objectives.

On-Ground Marketing Events:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate on-ground marketing events to enhance brand visibility.

• Coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure seamless event execution.

• Analyse event performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Designing Promotional Materials:

• Develop visually appealing and effective promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and posters.

• Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency and innovation in marketing collateral.

Campaign Launch & Photoshoot:

• Support the marketing team in planning and executing product launch campaigns.

• Assist in coordinating photoshoots, ensuring high-quality visuals for marketing material.

Corporate Sales Promotion:

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives targeting corporate clients to drive B2B sales.

• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling promotions and presentations for corporate partnerships.

Retail Store Promotion:

• Oversee and implement promotional strategies for retail stores to drive foot traffic and sales.

• Analyse store performance metrics and adjust promotional activities accordingly.

• Ensure a consistent brand image and messaging across all retail locations.

Store Visual Merchandising:

• Manage visual merchandising efforts to create attractive in-store displays and layouts.

• Monitor and update displays to align with promotional activities and changing seasons.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on event management and promotional activities.
• Strong creative and design skills, with proficiency in graphic design tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail and corporate sales environments is a plus.
