Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for concepting, styling, capturing, and editing high-quality videos for various purposes, such as marketing, training, events, and internal communications. The primary goal of this role will be to produce compelling video content that effectively communicates messages and resonates with the target audience. This role will also work closely with our founders to create captivating video content for their personal social media platforms by understanding their vision and translating it into visually stunning videos that showcase their authenticity and resonate with their followers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand creative briefs and objectives
• Recommend and brainstorm creative ideas
• Create concept storyboards
• Plan and coordinate video shoots
• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
• Direct talents according to content requirements
• Shoot videos that are on-brand and objective based
• Take professional videos in the studio or on location
• Edit videos with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects & CapCut
• Review videos for consistent brand look & feel
• Ensure that equipment is looked after and stored away correctly
• Archive videos and maintain database
• Keep abreast of video best practices and procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years of videography experience at a production house or brand
• BA in videography or related field
• Fluent in IG Reels & TikTok trends
• Highly creative, imaginative and curious
• Strong creative presence and artistic flair
• Detailed knowledge of videography, set design and lighting
• Contemporary and engaging portfolio with strengths in long and short-form videos
• Hands-on experience with video editing software and apps (Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, CapCut)
• Experience producing video assets for marketing campaigns
• Experience lighting, shooting and editing videos
• Highly self-motivated and well organised
• Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
• Possess good people and project management skills
• Work well in a team and with a range of creative people
• Work within strict budgets
