Job Summary:
As a Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent to fill critical positions within the organisation. You will be key in helping the company build a team of skilled professionals who share our passion for excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Assessment and Selection: Work with hiring managers to develop and implement selection criteria, and provide valuable input in the candidate evaluation and selection process.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status, and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Assist in building and promoting the companyโs employer brand to attract top talent.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company. Provide new employees with essential information, resources, and support during their initial days and weeks.
- Culture Management: Work with the HR team to ensure cultural values are reflected in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement practices.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR-related role with some administrative experience.
- Experience with technical recruitment and/or a specialised skillset.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
