Operation Executive (Tanjong Tokong)

About the role:

We are looking for a professional Operation Executive to plan, direct and coordinate the organization’s operation. The role is responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. It is also the responsibility of the Operation Executive to ensure smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily businesses are operated in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with quality requirements.
• Coordinating the logistic routing for delivery.
• Work closely with the production and delivery team to ensure products and services rendered in a timely manner.
• Preparing orders and pick-packing for deliveries.
• Liaising with Logistic partners as well as internal HQ operations team.
• Managing inventory - non-fresh flower items.
• Printing cards and photos.
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an Operations Executive
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and metrics
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel
• Excels at operating in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
