JOB PURPOSE
To support the Fleet Operations Department in managing the increasing volume of Kad lnden applications, ensuring timely processing, and efficient card issuance. The role is critical in reducing operational backlog, maintaining service delivery standards, and supporting business continuity amid the anticipated surge in applications arising from diesel subsidy expansion and Card Indent business implementation.
Employment Term:
This position is offered as a six-month temporary placement under the Company’s agency contract.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Process Kad lnden applications accurately and within the agreed turnaround time.
- Support card issuance activities including card preparation, tracking, release, and customer notification.
- Assist in clearing backlog applications and ensure proper tracking and status updates in the system.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all applications and issued cards.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries related to application status and card issuance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, internal controls, and operational guidelines.
- Support operational readiness for anticipated application surges related to diesel subsidy expansion and Card Indent business.
- Perform any ad-hoc operational or administrative tasks assigned by the superior or management.
Technical/Functional Competencies
- Knowledge of application processing workflow
