Executive


He/She is responsible for providing technical and engineering support and solutions for upgrading and maintenance work to ensure all retail service station sites are well-maintained, operating safely, and meeting the agreed service levels and technical standards. This includes ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.


Executing tasks related to Engineering Services and Facilities Management as below:

A) Retail Station Maintenance

  • IFM
  • SLA Upgrading

 

B) SLA Renewal Upgrading

  • Shop Upgrading Project
  • Infra Upgrading
  • Equipment Upgrading Project

 

C) AOB

  • Safety Audit
  • Authority Visit
  • Management Visit


  • To provide engineering technical support and upgrades for all service station equipment and facilities.
  • To assist in monitoring the IFM’s SLA via SMAPP and CMMS, ensuring issues and problems are resolved, reports are satisfactorily closed, and reports for work beyond SLA are prepared for LAD imposition.
  • To liaise with contractors, suppliers, and the consulting Manager to ensure the expected service level is achieved.
  • To expedite and coordinate with the Manager the planning and execution of Raze & Rebuild/Major Upgrade projects (related to SLA upgrading) at all stages, including feasibility studies, site evaluations, design proposals/development, construction, completion, and commissioning.
  • To coordinate, monitor, and prepare necessary BQs for engineering-related works for site upgrades, such as Station Upgrades, UGT Installations, Pipe Replacements, Additional Pump Islands, etc., and provide periodic progress reports to the respective Line Manager.
  • To ensure all upgrading works comply with the provided Scope of Work for service station equipment, facilities, and buildings during periodic station visits, and report any deviations, issues, or non-compliance to the respective TMs or Line Manager.
  • To obtain local council approvals if the project requires permits prior to work commencement.
  • To inspect the quality and quantity of work carried out by contractors, confirm completion, and obtain necessary work completion reports before processing contractor invoices for payment.
  • To conduct site handovers after testing and commissioning with all relevant stakeholders.
  • To educate all service station operators on housekeeping practices and the maintenance of provided equipment and facilities.
  • To verify and review all invoices submitted by suppliers upon work completion to ensure timely payment.
  • To provide progress updates for all projects and works undertaken during Monthly Maintenance Team meetings.
  • To compile, maintain, and process relevant project documents and files, including tender documents, reports, site instructions, variation works, permits, certificates, calibration records from authorities, as-built drawings, and asset databases, ensuring these documents are well-organized and easily retrievable.
  • To organize department-related events, such as Monthly SLA meetings, Contractor Standdowns, and others as required.
  • To provide backup and assistance to other team members as needed.
  • To attend and conduct investigations into any incidents upon occurrence, in accordance with HSSE policies, and to compile, maintain, and proactively communicate findings to the respective Line Manager or Head of Department.



Qualifications


Degree in Engineering or related fields

 

Working Experience: At least 5 years and
