He/She to provide technical and engineering support and solutions to ensure all retail service stations sites are being upkeep and operating safely up to the agreed service level and technical worthiness to operate, compliances to all legislative requirements.
- Executing in areas related to Engineering Services and Facilities Management such as : - Retail Station Maintenance, Multi Year Program (MYP), Convenience Retailing, NTI (New to Industry) or New Build, & HSSE.
- To provide engineering technical support and troubleshooting on all service stations equipment and facilities.
- To log in all work orders in the Maintenance Tracking System and ensure issues and problems are resolved and reports are satisfactorily closed.
- To liaise with contractors, suppliers and consulting engineers and ensure the expected service level is achieved.
- To supervise and monitor engineering related works for new construction site / retail Projects eg Station Upgrade / UGT Installation / Pipe replacement/ Additional pump island etc and provide periodic progress report to respective Engineer-In-Charge.
- To ensure all service stations equipment, facilities and buildings are well maintained during periodic station visits and report to respective TMs in case of any issues / non-compliance.
- To educate all service station operators in housekeeping knowledge and maintenance of equipment and facilities that are provided for.
- To inspect the quality and quantities of works carried out by the contractors as confirmation before contractor’s invoices could be processed for payment.
- To verify and check all invoices send by suppliers upon completion of works to ensure payment is made in a timely manner.
- To update progress for all projects /works undertaken during Monthly Maintenance team meeting.
- To provide back-up and assistance to other Team members as and when required.
- To attend to any incident upon its occurrence in accordance to HSSE policies and to compile, maintain and proactive communication to respective Line Manager or Head of department.
