Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on AI Automation Specialist to lead our internal productivity transformation. Your mission is to move the organization beyond "AI as a chatbot" and into "AI as an invisible teammate." You will be responsible for identifying high-friction business processes and redesigning them using AI agents, LLM orchestration, and integrated automation tools to reclaim thousands of collective work hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Auditing: Conduct "Efficiency Deep-Dives" across departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Ops) to identify repetitive, cognitive-heavy tasks ripe for AI intervention.
- Agentic Workflow Design: Architect and deploy multi-agent systems where AI "workers" interact with our existing software stack (ActiveCampaign, Respond.io, CRM) to complete end-to-end tasks.
- Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Develop and maintain a library of high-performance system prompts and "Chain-of-Thought" reasoning templates.
- Tool Integration: Use orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, n8n, or Microsoft Power Automate) to connect LLMs to live company data and third-party APIs.
- AI Training & Literacy: Act as the internal "AI Evangelist," conducting workshops to upskill staff on how to collaborate with AI rather than fear it.
- Performance Tracking: Define and report on AI-ROI metrics (e.g., % reduction in task duration, error rate reduction, and cost-per-automated-task).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Low-Code/No-Code Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
- Agentic Frameworks: Experience with or understanding of AutoGPT, CrewAI, or Microsoft Autogen is a major plus.
- Data Literacy: Ability to work with structured and unstructured data; basic Python/SQL knowledge for data extraction and "cleaning" for AI consumption.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture"—identifying not just how to automate a task, but whether the task should exist at all.
Success Metrics (The First 90 Days)
- 30 Days: Complete a "Productivity Map" of at least three departments.
- 60 Days: Deploy one "High-Impact" pilot agent (e.g., an automated lead-qualification agent or an automated invoice-matching agent).
- 90 Days: Demonstrate a measurable 15%+ efficiency gain in a targeted workflow.
