Role Summary
We are hiring a Marketing Executive to support our Assistant Marketing Manager in running marketing operations and growing our non-paid / organic channels. This role is execution-heavy: turning plans into published content, coordinated campaigns, and clean operational follow-through.
This is not a “creative-only” role. You will be managing schedules, content workflows, platform execution, coordination with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring organic channels are consistent and measurable.
Key Responsibilities
1) Organic Channel Execution
- Execute organic marketing activities across selected channels (e.g., social media, email broadcasts, community channels, website updates where relevant).
- Publish content consistently based on the content calendar and campaign schedule.
- Support growth of owned channels through disciplined execution, testing, and iteration.
2) Content & Campaign Operations
- Maintain and run the marketing calendar: content schedules, deadlines, approvals, publishing.
- Coordinate campaign execution for events, webinars, product launches, and announcements (non-paid components).
- Prepare briefs and coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal stakeholders to get assets delivered on time.
3) Community & Engagement Support (where applicable)
- Support communication to communities/channels (e.g., announcements, reminders, follow-ups).
- Monitor comments/messages and escalate appropriately (you are not expected to be a full-time community manager unless assigned).
4) Marketing Ops & Reporting
- Maintain operational hygiene: tracking links, folders, naming conventions, version control, asset libraries.
- Track and report basic performance metrics for organic channels (reach, engagement, CTR, email open/click rates, registrations attributable to organic pushes).
- Build simple weekly reports and highlight what worked, what didn’t, and what needs fixing.
5) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager and coordinate with Sales/Student Affairs teams when campaigns require timing alignment and clean handovers.
Success Metrics (Examples)
- Consistent publishing and campaign execution with strong on-time delivery
- Organic channel growth and engagement improvements over time
- Increased registrations/attendance driven by organic pushes (where trackable)
- Strong operational discipline: fewer last-minute scrambles, fewer errors, clean reporting
Requirements
Experience
- 1–3 years in marketing execution, marketing operations, or content operations.
- Hands-on experience managing organic channels and campaign execution.
Capabilities
- Strong execution discipline: planning, deadlines, follow-through.
- Clear communicator who can coordinate stakeholders and vendors without confusion.
- Comfortable working with basic data and reporting (you don’t need to be an analyst, but you can’t be allergic to numbers).
- Solid writing skills (English). Other languages are a plus depending on audience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in education, events, training, or content-driven businesses.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic funnel concepts.
- Basic design/video editing literacy (not required, but helps you brief creatives properly).
