The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven Head of Sales & Operations to build and lead a high-performance commercial and student-support organization. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for scaling Beyond Insights’ sales productivity, operational efficiency, and student experience — ensuring that every lead and every student is served with excellence.

You will be both strategic and hands-on: designing systems and processes to elevate team performance, while staying close enough to the ground to ensure flawless execution. You’ll lead both the Sales and Student Affairs teams, aligning them to common goals of growth, efficiency, and service excellence.

The ideal candidate is not just a manager, but a builder — someone who thrives on bringing structure to growing teams, coaching people to perform at their best, and creating systems that drive measurable improvement.

Key Outcomes (First 12–18 Months)

  1. Sales Productivity & Conversion:
    • Implement and optimize B2C sales processes and CRM utilization to increase conversion rates from webinar attendees to enrolments.
    • Coach and develop the sales consultant and coordinators to consistently achieve monthly targets while maintaining service excellence.
  2. Operational Efficiency:
    • Streamline administrative workflows across sales and student affairs to shorten turnaround time and reduce manual errors.
    • Implement tracking systems and SOPs that enable accountability and data-driven decision-making.
  3. Service Excellence & Student Experience:
    • Maintain Beyond Insights’ reputation for exceptional service quality to every student — from first contact through graduation.
    • Establish clear service standards, feedback loops, and performance metrics across the student journey.
    • Ensure the Student Affairs team consistently delivers responsive, empathetic, and high-quality support that reflects Beyond Insights’ values.
  4. Team Capability & Culture:
    • Develop the team into a structured, high-performing unit with clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs.
    • Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement.
  5. Cross-Departmental Alignment:
    • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Technology to improve end-to-end customer experience and operational integration (e.g., CRM, ActiveCampaign automation, e-invoicing).
    • Lead or participate in strategic projects to improve scalability and profitability.
  6. Stakeholder & Partner Management:
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, affiliates, and partners to support sales and operational goals.

What You’ll Lead

  • Sales Team: 1 Sales Consultant, 2 Sales Coordinators
  • Student Affairs Team: 2 Senior Student Affairs Officers and 1 Student Affairs Officer
  • Total Team Size: 6

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in B2C sales and operations, ideally in education, training, or service-based industries.
  • Proven success in consumer sales conversion and delivering exceptional customer service standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, with the right balance of empathy, structure, and performance management.
  • Strong background in sales process design, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on execution capability — comfortable driving both strategy and operational detail.
  • (Candidates with primarily B2B experience will find this role’s consumer-facing pace and psychology less suitable.)
