Introduction

Atomionics is a Singapore-based startup building quantum sensors for subsurface exploration and universal navigation. Our sensors generate 3D models of the Earth’s subsurface to pinpoint critical resources, enable GPS-free positioning, and detect earthquakes and volcanic activity.

We specialize in cold atom interferometry—cooling atoms to near absolute zero with lasers to measure tiny gravitational changes. We’re a hands-on, high-energy team operating at the intersection of quantum physics, hardware, and AI. Engineers here work across mechanical, electronic, and software systems—treating every challenge as a workout for the mind. Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring process from start to finish
  • Create and post JDs, review applications, and conduct introductory calls
  • Coordinate technical rounds with relevant teams
  • Make job offers to successful candidates and onboard them
• Collaborate with the marketing team for employer branding initiatives
• Assist with ad-hoc HR processes as the requirements change with company growth

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
• An absolutely driven individual with highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ideally demonstrated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders

• A technical background or experience in technical hiring
• Worked in an early-stage company environment
• An interest in philosophy and psychology
