Ask & Embla is looking for a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Executive to build and nurture collaborations that drive growth and strengthen our brand. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with external brands, influencers, and organizations to amplify our reach. Additionally, the role provides light support for social media initiatives to ensure seamless integration of partnership content.

What You'll Do:

  • Partnership Strategy and Development
    • Identify and evaluate potential partners, including brands, influencers, and organizations, to align with marketing goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
    • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Campaign Management and Execution
    • Collaborate with partners to design and implement marketing campaigns that enhance visibility and drive measurable results.
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creatives, social media) to ensure partnership initiatives are executed seamlessly.
    • Monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Social Media Integration and Support
    • Coordinate with the social media team to integrate partnership content into the content calendar.
    • Review partnership-related content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Stay updated on social media trends to identify opportunities for creative partnership campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of partnership campaigns using relevant KPIs.
    • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
    • Use data insights to refine partnership strategies and enhance future collaborations.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with influencers or affiliate marketing programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, CRM tools or project management software preferred.
