Introduction
The Digital Marketing Intern supports the Marketing team across paid media, CRM, social media, and growth marketing initiatives. This internship is designed for someone curious, analytical, and excited to learn how modern e-commerce brands grow through digital channels.
You will gain hands-on exposure to campaign execution, content planning, customer engagement, performance tracking, and market research while working closely with a fast-moving marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in digital marketing, consumer brands, and e-commerce growth.
What You'll Do
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Support campaign execution across digital marketing channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Assist the team in preparing campaign assets, tracking timelines, and organizing marketing deliverables.
- Support product launch campaigns, promotional moments, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
CRM & Email Marketing Support
- Assist with email and SMS marketing workflows, including scheduling, segmentation, and campaign setup.
- Support copywriting and content updates for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain CRM trackers and marketing documentation.
Social Media & Community Support
- Support social media content planning and coordination.
- Assist in community management by monitoring comments, messages, and engagement trends.
- Research content ideas, trends, and cultural moments relevant to the brand.
Reporting, Research & Analytics
- Help track marketing performance across campaigns and channels.
- Assist in preparing reports and organizing campaign data.
- Conduct competitor, customer, and market research to identify trends and insights.
- Support the team in gathering insights for campaign planning and optimization.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, branding, or growth marketing.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance metrics.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred
- Internship, school project, or extracurricular experience in marketing, content, social media, or business.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, or e-commerce brands.
- Interest in fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, tattoos, or culture-driven brands.
- Curious about what makes content, campaigns, and brands perform well online.
