Introduction
The Growth Marketing Manager owns the full customer lifecycle across paid acquisition and retention, with a clear mandate to drive profitable, sustainable growth. This role is accountable for customer lifetime value, acquisition efficiency, and retention health across both brands.
You will lead paid performance and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, loyalty), manage growth specialists, and act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership by translating data into clear commercial decisions across marketing, product, and operations.
This role is ideal for someone numbers-driven, structured, highly analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced fashion or jewelry e-commerce environment.This role also plays a critical part in shaping how we scale profitably across brands and markets.
What You'll Do
Growth Strategy and Lifecycle Ownership
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition and retention for both brands
- Ensure acquisition and retention operate as one connected ecosystem, not siloed channels
- Act as the lifecycle owner, balancing short-term revenue with long-term customer value
Paid Ads (Acquisition)
- Lead paid performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels
- Own budget allocation, campaign structure, testing frameworks, and optimization strategy
- Approve paid ad messaging and captions (performance-led, not brand or organic social)
- Align acquisition strategy with commercial priorities, inventory, and margin realities
Retention Marketing (Email, SMS, Loyalty)
- Own all lifecycle channels including email, SMS, and loyalty
- Oversee flow strategy, campaign planning, testing, and ongoing optimization
- Drive repeat purchases, reduce churn, and improve customer engagement depth
- Research, Plan and Present retention strategies and performance clearly to senior stakeholders
Data, Insights & Decision-Making
- Define, track, and report on key growth metrics: CLV, CAC, churn, repeat rate
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Partner closely with product, commercial, and operations teams when data signals risk or opportunity
- Serve as a trusted source of truth for lifecycle and performance insights
Operational Flexibility & Problem Solving
- Step into tactical execution during lean or high-pressure periods
- Repurpose existing assets or identify alternative solutions to keep growth moving
- Identify high-leverage opportunities (e.g. paid content testing, signal-based targeting, lifecycle experimentation)
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and mentor Paid Performance and Retention specialists
- Set clear priorities, frameworks, and performance expectations for the growth team
- Work closely with senior managers across marketing, product, CRM, and commercial
- Be the primary owner of growth performance narratives and lifecycle planning
Who You Are
Required
- At least 5 years of experience in the marketing field, with focus on paid performance, retention, CRM, or growth
- At least 2–3 years of leadership or team management experience in marketing, either managing people directly or leading cross-functional initiatives
- At least 3 years of experience in paid performance, retention, CRM, or growth roles
- Strong experience managing Meta, Google, Tiktok and Pinterest ads, with proven results in performance improvement
- Hands-on experience with email and SMS platforms and lifecycle automation
- Highly analytical, numbers-driven, and comfortable working with cohort analysis, CLV models, and payback calculations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in e-commerce, ideally in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle
Preferred
- Genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, and style-driven consumer brands
- Experience managing teams or specialists
- Experience supporting growth across multi-brand or multi-market environments
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort working closely with revenue targets
