We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own, lead, and scale our influencer and creator partnerships across key platforms. This role will oversee influencer strategy end to end while leading the execution and day to day management of our influencer marketing programs and supporting the growth of the influencer marketing function as a whole.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands creator culture, knows how to evaluate influence beyond vanity metrics, and can turn partnerships into long term brand value. You will lead influencer programs from strategy and planning through execution, reporting, and optimization, while guiding best practices and processes across the influencer marketing team.
What You'll Do
Influencer Strategy and Partnerships
- Design and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators, influencers, and partners that align with brand positioning and audience
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with influencers and creators, ensuring clear alignment and mutual value
- Define partnership structures, negotiate deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and budgets to maximize ROI
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Lead influencer and creator campaigns from concept to execution across launches, collections, and ongoing brand initiatives
- Collaborate with internal creative, social, and marketing partners to ensure influencer content aligns with brand direction and campaign goals
- Oversee content briefs, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
- Ensure influencer content integrates seamlessly into broader social and marketing calendars
Performance, Reporting, and Optimization
- Own influencer performance tracking across reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign and creator performance
- Translate data into insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and partnership strategies
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize creator mix, formats, and activation models
Market and Trend Awareness
- Stay deeply connected to creator culture, platform trends, and emerging influencer formats
- Identify new partnership opportunities, platforms, and content styles that can drive growth
- Monitor competitor and industry activity to inform strategy and differentiation
Process and Program Ownership
- Develop scalable workflows for influencer sourcing, outreach, contracting, and campaign management
- Maintain clear documentation, trackers, and systems for influencer relationships and campaigns
- Support the evolution of influencer programs from tactical executions to a long-term growth channel
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and support the influencer marketing team
- Set clear expectations, guide day to day execution, and help the team grow in sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and reporting
- Ensure smooth collaboration, accountability, and strong campaign delivery
Who You Are
Required
- At least 5 years of experience managing influencer or creator marketing programs with clear performance outcomes.
- At least 2 years of experience leading an influencer marketing team
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator economics, and platform behavior across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing influencers or creators end to end.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable owning budgets, timelines, and campaign performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and externally.
Preferred
- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with Ambi as a brand, or a strong personal resonance with its aesthetic, values, and community.
- Experience working with affiliate programs, gifting strategies, or performance-based creator models.
- Comfort with influencer marketing platforms, CRM tools, or project management software.
