Ask & Embla is seeking a Senior Copywriter to lead the strategy, creation, and optimization of high-quality, SEO-driven content across multiple digital platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role calls for a strategic yet hands-on storyteller who can craft compelling narratives that inspire, engage, and convert. You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s voice and content roadmap, ensuring consistency and impact across product pages, campaigns, and editorial channels. This position is ideal for a creative thinker with strong marketing intuition, data-informed decision-making skills, and a passion for producing content that resonates deeply within the fashion and lifestyle space.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategy, creation, and optimization of high-quality, SEO-driven content across multiple online platforms, including product pages, blog articles, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Develop and execute a content roadmap that aligns with business goals and supports the broader marketing and brand strategy.
- Oversee content quality, ensuring consistency in brand voice, storytelling, and tone across all channels.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content performance tracking to inform data-driven content decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior writers or freelancers, providing feedback and elevating the overall quality of output.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Performance Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Identify emerging trends, tools, and technologies in SEO, content, and digital marketing, proactively introducing improvements to enhance reach and visibility.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of content projects with high standards of excellence.
Who You Are
- A skilled content marketer or copywriter with 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, SEO strategy, and marketing communications — preferably within the eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Must be a naturally creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling, able to bring fresh, engaging, and brand-aligned ideas to life.
- Strategic yet hands-on — you understand how to craft content that not only resonates but also converts.
- Experienced in transforming data and insights into compelling narratives that attract and retain audiences.
- Collaborative and proactive, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams while taking full ownership of deliverables.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
