The Marketing Operations Specialist will manage the operational processes and systems that drive the marketing team’s success. This includes campaign execution, ensuring smooth workflows, marketing automation, and helping coordinate cross-functional projects. You’ll be responsible for streamlining the marketing process and ensuring that all campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage the operational logistics of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Develop and optimize marketing workflows, ensuring efficient processes across the team
  • Maintain and manage marketing automation tools, including email campaigns, customer segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Collaborate with marketing team members (social media, paid performance, retention) to ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure all initiatives run smoothly
  • Assist with content coordination, asset management, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
  • Work with external vendors and internal teams to support the technical needs of marketing efforts
  • Analyze operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline processes
  • Manage marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance


Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo) and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both internal teams and external vendors
  • Based in Singapore and available for on-site work in Kallang


Preferred, but not Required:

  • Experience in e-commerce or with a consumer brand
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA)
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, ROI, CAC)
