The Retention Marketing Executive will support initiatives related to developing and executing strategies to retain existing customers and increase customer loyalty across different platforms e.g. email, SMS, and Mobile App.


This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop targeted campaigns to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.


What You'll Do:

  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
  • Support in analyzing customer behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and manage email, SMS, and in-app communication campaigns to drive engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, customer support) to improve the overall customer experience
  • Design and execute experiments to test the impact of retention initiatives
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of retention efforts, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform retention marketing efforts.
  • Work with marketing and analytics teams to develop and implement tracking and measurement systems to measure the effectiveness of retention marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on budgets for retention marketing initiatives, ensuring that they are within budget and delivering desired results.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the marketing team.


Job Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in retention marketing (SMS, email, Push, Social Media) in retail, e-commerce, or similar industries
  • Experience in using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platform required
  • Organized and has keen attention to detail
  • Ability to formulate creative solutions and think out of the box
  • Tech savvy, able to pick up new software and applications quickly
  • Good problem solving skills - analytical, innovative, and has a creative mindset
  • Highly adaptable to change and a fast-paced environment
  • Good English communication and presentation skills
