What you will do:
- Research cross-industry trends and conceptualize customer-focused jewelry concepts based on our assortment plan
- Research materials, colors, and trends for each delivery
- Sketch and prepare 3D designs and technical specifications for brand appropriate and trending products
- Modify and prepare final artwork for sampling and production
- Collaborate closely with our Product Development team on R&D for new capabilities
- Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Adhere to project schedules and effectively report progress to meet deadlines
Who You Are:
- At least 2-4 years experience in designing jewelry, accessories, or similar products
- Previous experience working in a jewelry manufacturing or production environment preferred
- A diploma or degree in Fashion, Business, or Jewellery related fields preferred
- With technical drawing capabilities, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator essential
- With intermediate 3D modeling capabilities, familiarity with Rhino and Zbrush essential
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or JewelCAD preferred but not essential
- Proactive personality with a positive and solutions oriented mentality
- Excellent organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player
- Great English written communication skills
