A senior marketing executive responsible for developing innovative marketing
campaigns, mechanics and planning to contribute to the overall business growth
strategic direction include offline and online.
RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACTIVITIES
● Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Marketing team to
design and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company goals.
● Manage Online Marketing Channels: Oversee the performance of all relevant online
marketing channels, ensuring optimization for maximum ROI.
● Engage on Social Media: Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
on social media platforms, including addressing PR issues and fostering positive
customer relationships.
● Oversee Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce
engaging and relevant content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency
and alignment with marketing goals.
● Conduct Marketing Research: Perform ongoing research on industry trends, e-
commerce marketplace activities, and competitive analysis to generate insights that
enhance marketing strategies and communications.
● Collaborate with Creative Agencies: Work with external creative agencies to develop
packaging designs, POSM, and other marketing materials that resonate with target
audiences.
● Coordinate with Sales Teams: Partner with Key Account and Sales Operation team
to create targeted marketing campaigns and trade marketing activities that drive
sales growth.
● Track Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the progress of marketing
campaigns using key metrics, and prepare comprehensive performance reports to
inform strategic adjustments.
● Product Development Initiatives: Collaborate across departments for new product
development and launching activities, ensuring timelines are met and projects are
executed smoothly.
● Manage Budget Planning: Responsible for budget planning and execution, aiming
to optimize resource allocation and maximize marketing effectiveness.
● Contribute to Team Success: Support team initiatives by achieving related
objectives and delivering results as needed.
● Additional Duties: Perform any other related tasks as assigned to support the
marketing team and company goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Experience
● Min 3 to 5 years’ experience within marketing /brand management
● Savvy in digital marketing and numbers & figures
● A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
● Campaign management skill and knowledge.
● Content creation, social media expertise, and strong communication skill
