The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to drive sales growth within our B2B segment across Malaysia and Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder with a strong commercial acumen, passionate about promoting healthy snacking, and adept at managing complex cross-border logistics and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Management & Relationship Building
- Develop and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key corporate customers, utilizing a multi-channel approach (in-person meetings, virtual calls, and strategic correspondence) to maximize account potential.
- Strategically manage the end-to-end sales cycle for the corporate channel, maintaining an organized and accurate customer database to drive targeted sales efforts.
- Act as the primary internal advocate for corporate customers, synthesizing needs, challenges, competitive activities, and market trends into actionable reports for company leadership.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities within assigned business accounts to consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and profitability goals.
2. Sales Operations & Fulfillment Excellence
- Manage the sales order fulfillment process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring all customer questions are addressed and sales orders are placed accurately and within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Ensure flawless execution of logistics by coordinating closely with the internal Operations and Fulfillment teams to guarantee timely and accurate product packing and delivery across both markets.
- Provide critical administrative and logistical support for all corporate sales activities, ensuring documentation and processes are efficient and compliant.
3. Market Analysis & Strategic Contribution
- Lead the timely execution of all corporate sales campaigns, promotions, and new product initiatives to achieve maximum market penetration and sales performance.
- Conduct comprehensive sales and market analysis by gathering data for robust reporting, stock projection, and trend identification using various tools and platforms.
- Present clear, insightful reports and strategic recommendations on sales performance, market dynamics, and product potential to senior management.
- Collaborate effectively with corporate partners and customers to ensure the successful planning and execution of joint marketing collaborations, events, and product launches.
4. General & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the success of the company by taking on additional projects and tasks designed to enhance sales processes, efficiency, and overall corporate channel performance.
Requirements:
1) Diploma or Degree holder in sales, marketing, business or any related field
2) Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales
