- Assist in handling full set of accounts
- Monitor cash flow by monitoring income, expenditure and investments
- Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
- Prepare balance sheets, invoices, etc.
- Monitor transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitoring bank deposits and payments, etc.
- Assist the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
- Assist in financial audits
- Perform regular financial analysis; resolving issues
- Prepare financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent and/or a professional accountancy qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in the manufacturing, FMCG or food industry.
- A team player yet independent.
- Strong communication with good interpersonal skills.
- High sense of urgency.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Well-versed with QuickBooks, ERP Accounting Software System and Microsoft Excel.
