- Facility & Asset management - assist in the management and upkeep of the facility and assets belonging to the company including monthly utilities, services, maintenance, liaising with contractors and service providers;
- Sourcing & Procurement - assist to source and procure items required by Operations and Office, assist to liaise, manage & develop relations with suppliers & vendors;
- Production Support - attendance management of production assistants and warehouse packers, sourcing and procurement of equipment and machinery, liaising with vendors and technicians for the maintenance of production equipment and machinery;
- HR Operations - manage & maintain employee data and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate, liaise with statutory and governmental bodies in relation to licensing, statutory requirements, assist to manage employee benefits;
- Onboarding - assist to onboard new joiners, introduce company processes and policies, execute onboarding activities;
- Employee engagement - assist to plan, organize and execute employee engagement activities according to the company’s engagement calendar.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or its equivalent
- Preferably with some experience in HR and/or Admin but fresh graduates who have recently completed their internship and are keen to pursue a career in HR and Admin are encouraged to apply
