- Assist fulfilment team members in executing daily operational tasks related to order entries, processing, dispatching, delivery arrangements and documentation;
- Manage order deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders in accordance with the company standards;
- Assist in managing inventory which include inbound / outbound operations, return management and packing supplies;
- Work with the customer service team to address any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner;
- Utilise data and analytics tools to gather insights on operational performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives related to fulfillment operations;
- Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Operations / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or a related field.
- No prior experience required.
- Potential candidates will be considered for a Junior Executive role.
- Basic understanding of operational processes and logistics.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Willing to commit for at least 4-6 months.
- Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in the usage and application of current and relevant computer softwares such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data.
