Creative Execution – Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and
target audience. Execution of creatives while ensuring consistent application and
enforcement of brand identity and guideline throughout all marketing materials.
Print Lead - to lead concepts and ideation for new product launches. Execute
launch on time and in full, including but not limited to packaging and marketing
materials like POSM, Posters, Promotional Flyers or Brochures, etc. To liaise with
suppliers and printers in terms of color adjustments, file compatibility etc.
Creative Content Lead - design and create monthly social media content and
other required marketing contents working closely with the brand team, copywriter
and category manager. Oversee shoot and editing process, and approve final
content.
Creative Assets Management – To actively monitor and maintain a library of
approved digital, multimedia and print assets;
Leadership – Lead juniors and interns by guiding, setting, and reporting on
individual growth and team goals.
Competitor Analysis and Design Trends – Monitor competitors by studying
consumer behavior and stay up to date with changing trends (design, product),
manufacturing and prototyping techniques in the field and best practices in new
approach and innovative thinking.
Other – To be able to multitask and be resourceful should there be any other
projects/tasks as reasonably required by the company.
