- Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage customer purchase cycle (inquiry to after sales management);
- Liaise with Operations team to ensure successful outcomes;
- Provide administrative support for all corporate sales-related matters;
- Gather data for reporting and stock projection through various tools and platforms;
- Work with partners OR customers to ensure successful events;
- Implement and utilise analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth;
- Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps;
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required
- Any experience in sales, marketing, or partnership development, even if gained through student organizations or projects, is a plus.
- Sensitive to numbers and strong commercial sense;
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and think of solutions creatively;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and passionate in customer management;
- Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally;
- Ability to adapt and improvise to changes efficiently;
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
