  • To develop and execute strategic account plans and trade marketing plans to drive growth in each key account in line with company objectives;
  • To formulate, implement and monitor the effectiveness of all in market sales activities across key account retailers’ chain at modern trade (IKA & LKA), CVS, Pharmacies & Horeca channel and able to initiate course of action to consistently achieve company objectives;
  • To lead and coordinate negotiations with appointed distributor including trade promotion planning and execution for key accounts to ensure objectives are aligned to brand and channel strategies;
  • Monitor key market trends and competitors’ activities to anticipate business opportunities and market challenges to facilitate next course of action;
  • Responsible for improving distribution and merchandising display of Amazin’ Graze products in key account retailer chain;
  • Accountable for effective control and spending of trade funds to achieve optimal results within budget. Also to flag exceptions and proactively ask for approval to manage deals outside of the defined bandwidth;
  • Establish, negotiate and review policies for distribution agreement, distributor’s key performance indicator, key retailers’ trading terms, trade listing proposal, operational standards and procedures;
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis reports to the management in order to identify key insights and facilitate decision making;
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with the appointed distributor and key account customers;
  • Responsible to conduct regular sales review with internal stakeholders and externally with distributor & key account customers;
  • To participate or attend relevant trade shows and conventions in domestic or international market;


  • Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.


Job Requirements:


  • Minimum 8 years’ experience working in the FMCG industry either for food or beverage products, personal care products or household products is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Experience and familiar with key account’s policies and practices at modern trade.
  • Experience in leading sales forces, promoters or merchandiser.
  • Good analytical skills and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
  • High-level communication skills and proven ability for business negotiation.
  • Good in critical thinking when approach matters.
  • Result-oriented and strive to exceed expectations.
