As a food startup's performance marketer, we are looking for a data-driven person who loves food and living a healthy lifestyle. You will execute the marketing department’s commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement. The role will works closely with all marketing teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations.


  • Online traffic monitor - overlook the volume of traffic across different channels against target, alert relevant department to significant variances of traffic for any channel; come up with suggestions on how to improve things;  
  • Ad Operations - create ads (creative & copy) on Facebook, Google (and TikTok later) set the right parameters such as audience targeting, ad objectives, budget, campaign period 
  • Campaign execution on AG Website - tune and test the backend to enable the campaign mechanism, work with creatives to upload the visual content
  • Campaign execution on Marketplaces - join campaigns on Shopee/Lazada/Amazon, figure out and implement the promotion mechanisms and liaise with Creative to get the creatives 
  • Media spend monitoring - daily check of our sales figures and media spend and adjust spend to ensure we are spending within our budget 
  • Catalogue update - monthly update of our Google Merchant Centre to ensure that all the SKUs are up to date 
  • Keyword optimisation (SEO) - ensure our ranked keywords show up in all the right places on our website, work with Marketing to create the right blogs/content, get backlinks from other reputable websites, track the ranking of our keywords on a monthly basis 
  • Affiliate Marketing - work with affiliate marketing platforms to upload attractive promotions to attract new customers; 
  • EDM - improve our EDMs (automated and campaign emails) by learning from the best EDMs from other brands and track our EDM performance; 
  • Overall Reporting - track performance of our different digital marketing efforts; derive insights and actionable next steps; 



Requirement


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience) with 2 years in ecommerce retail experience, either on agency or client side;
  • 3+ years of experience in performance based marketing;
  • Demonstrate great commercial & industry acumen;
  • Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources;
  • Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships;
  • Ability to work across cultures and geographies to support local digital needs;
  • Self starter mentality and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of mobile and social marketing including apps is preferred;
