(MY) Key Account Manager - Corporate


Mid Senior level

We are looking for a competitive Commercial Manager (in Malaysia and Singapore) to champion the Corporate sales area and continuously develop the existing customers for us to become the number 1 healthy snack brand in the region.


Clientele expansion – expand Amazin’ Graze product distribution across potential new corporate and HORECA accounts in Malaysia and overseas;

Account Management – improve performance of assigned business accounts to achieve target sales goals by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase sales, space and productivity in an account while maintaining excellent customer service;

Sales Campaign Execution - manage the timely execution of all sales campaigns and initiatives to ensure maximum sales and profitability for Amazin’ Graze and the retailer;

Reporting - present sale & market analysis, insights and recommendations to company management;

Brand Representation - be the Amazin' Graze Brand ambassador at shelf interacting with consumers to help educate on Amazin' Graze product benefits & brand;

Market & Customer Research - service and represent the store-level customer point of view internally with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;

Other – any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.


  • Strong track record of sales
  • Past working experience from gifting and premium industry will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales
  • Knowledge of the Corporate and Gifting industry
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills and passionate in customer management;
  • Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of account management, customer operations and category management principles;
  • Previous experience in converting consumer, category, competitor, and channel/customer insights into marketing plans;
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of customer data/metrics.
  • Ability to assimilate data and create solutions that are concise and easy-to-understand;
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams;
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment;
  • Ability to adapt and improvise to changes efficiently;
  • Willing to travel (within home country)
