About the Role:
We're looking for a Social Account to manage one of our beauty brand clients, acting as the key link between the brand and AIRR Labs' internal content and production teams. You'll work closely with the brand to truly understand their creative vision and "vibe," then work with internal teams to help turn ideas into TikTok videos that are right on-brand, on-brief, and on-time. This role is ideal for someone who loves the beauty and short-form video space, communicates with ease, and thrives on keeping fast-moving projects organized and on track.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact, maintaining frequent, close communication with the brand to understand their expectations, creative direction, and overall "vibe" across different stages/campaigns.
- Listen carefully to brand feedback, picking up on nuances and unspoken preferences in order to accurately convey them to the internal team.
- Build trust and a long-term, strong relationship with the brand, ensuring a smooth and professional working experience.
2. Bridge Between Brand and Internal Teams
- Communicate the brand's briefs, aesthetic preferences, and content direction clearly and specifically to the Social Content team (ideation, scripting) and Video Production team (filming/editing).
- Ensure all parties understand the brand's expectations accurately and fully, minimizing the need for repeated revisions.
- Review content/videos before sending to the brand, offering creative input to assess fit with the brand's style.
3. Project Timeline & Operations Management
- Closely track the progress of each video project, from ideation through filming/editing to final publishing.
- Proactively flag deadline risks and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience in an Account/Client Service role at an agency, preferably one focused on content/social/video.
- Strong, tactful communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
- Good creative sense, with a genuine interest in video content, especially on TikTok and within the beauty industry.
- Quick-thinking, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with close attention to timelines.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with both Content and Production teams.
- Experience or knowledge of data reporting is a plus.
- A genuine interest in the beauty industry and TikTok trends is a strong plus.
