Learning and Development Manager
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will support the design, implementation, facilitation, and continuous improvement of AIRR Labs’ learning and leadership development initiatives across Southeast Asia.
You will work closely with regional and country stakeholders to ensure learning programs are delivered effectively, aligned with business priorities, and scalable across multiple markets.

You will play an important role in driving learning effectiveness, leadership capability, and commercial excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver learning content and facilitate classroom sessions, both onsite and virtually, across the 5 Southeast Asian markets.
- Run learning games, simulations, and engagement activities to drive participation and reinforce key concepts.
- Adapt delivery style and pace to suit different audiences, cultures, and learning contexts across the region.
- Gather in-session feedback and continuously refine the facilitation approach to improve the learner experience.
- Coordinate end-to-end training logistics across 5 countries — scheduling, venues, materials, equipment, and participant communications.
- Partner with local People & Culture teams in each market to localize execution, secure participants, and resolve on-the-ground logistics.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and learning documentation across all markets.
- Track participation, completion, and feedback data; share insights with regional and country stakeholders.
- Serve as the single point of contact for trainers, vendors, and country teams before, during, and after each program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Development
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, marketing agency, consulting, or fast-paced business environments is highly preferred
- Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience facilitating workshops, onboarding sessions, or learning activities is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in AI, digital learning, or future workforce capability development is a plus.
- Strong command of English communication (written and verbal)
