Reporting to the Regional L&D Manager, the Specialist supports the execution, delivery, and administration of AIRR Academy programs, the AIRR group training plan, and upskilling initiatives across the group, enabling the L&D Manager to focus on strategic L&D design. He/she reports to Regional L&D through weekly reviews and monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination & Needs Support:
- Support the training needs analysis (TNA) process across departments - gathering data, consolidating input, and flagging key skill gaps to the Regional L&D team.
- Drive scheduling, communications, and logistics for AIRR Academy programs, ensuring consistent execution across the group.
- Monitor learning plan completion across the group and proactively follow up with participants and managers to close outstanding gaps.
Learning Content and Knowledge Management:
- Drive the rollout of training sessions and learning initiatives designed by the L&D Manager, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business leaders, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Own the L&D SharePoint / AIRR Academy learning repository, including uploading, organizing, and version-controlling training decks, recordings, modules, and toolkits by role, job level, function, and learning track, ensuring materials remain accessible and up to date.
- Update learning content to ensure it remains current and relevant by translating learner, L&D Manager, and Subject Matter Expert feedback into timely content revisions.
- Co-design, curate, and conduct the training aligned to the group's knowledge transfer agenda; e.g., group onboarding topics, soft skills, platform updates, and product knowledge.
Learning and Development Operations Management:
- Own accurate, up-to-date training records across the group, including attendance, completion, and certifications.
- Translate training evaluations, feedback, and post-training assessments into regular L&D reports and dashboards that inform the L&D Manager's decisions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for learning-related queries, ensuring learners are informed, prepared, and supported throughout training.
- Flex into broader People & Culture priorities during peak workloads, acting as a reliable partner across the function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- 2-3 years in L&D (Agency L&D or Corporate L&D).
- Practical experience supporting online or physical learning programs.
- Experience in the E-commerce or Tech industry is a plus.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, AI Software, LMS Management and Content authoring e.g., Photoshop, Canva, and other AI-related tools.
- Very good organizational skills (publication calendar, Excel)
- Rigorous and good analytical skills
- Working knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles to support training delivery and content upkeep.
