About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Content Associate who not only understands TikTok but also knows how to leverage AI tools to create smarter, faster, and better content.
In this role, you’ll combine creativity with technology — using AI to accelerate ideation, production, and optimization — while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver real business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Execute TikTok-first content plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., for ideation, scripting, editing, trend analysis, content optimization) to accelerate content creation and improve efficiency.
- Own the end-to-end content execution: from ideation → scripting → production coordination → publishing.
- Plan and manage always-on & campaign content calendar with speed and consistency.
- Collaborate with Account team to ensure creative direction aligns with business objectives.
- Work closely with Production team to deliver high-quality content at scale and on time.
- Support and execute influencer/KOL campaigns, ensuring strong alignment in content brief and performance goals.
- Continuously explore and test new AI tools, content formats, and TikTok trends to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Experiment fast, iterate faster — constantly push for better-performing content.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, social content, social commerce or related role.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok content creation or management.
- A strong interest in AI tools and emerging technologies — you actively explore how AI can enhance your work.
- Ability to apply AI into real content workflows (ideation, scripting, editing, optimization, etc.).
- A balance of creative thinking and performance mindset (you care about what works).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to experiment with new tools and ideas.
