Job Brief:
The Affiliate Marketing Intern will support the Affiliate Management team in building and managing creator partnerships across social commerce platforms. In this role, you will assist in sourcing creators, coordinating affiliate campaigns, and supporting performance tracking. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Affiliate marketing, social commerce, and cross-functional campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in researching and identifying potential KOLs/KOCs on TikTok and other creator management channels for affiliate campaigns.
- Assist in building and updating the creator database, including collecting information about creators, performance metrics, and contact details.
- Support communication with KOLs/KOCs and MCNs for campaign coordination, including sharing briefs and following up on content delivery timelines.
- Monitor campaign progress and assist in tracking affiliate performance data.
- Collect and organize campaign results to support performance analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, popular creators, and social commerce activities to support the team in identifying potential opportunities.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social commerce, affiliate marketing, and the creator economy.
- Active user of TikTok or other social media platforms, with a good understanding of creator trends.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working with data and basic reporting (Excel or Google Sheets is a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
