ABOUT AIRR LABS
Southeast Asia's Leading Digital Commerce Growth Platform
AIRR Labs is redefining how brands grow across Southeast Asia. As the region's leading 360º Digital Empowerment Platform, we go beyond traditional e-commerce enablement — combining data-powered strategies, deep digital commerce expertise, and high-performance creative and marketing capabilities to help global and local brands unlock their full regional potential.
From social commerce to omnichannel acceleration, we partner with brands across SEA's most dynamic digital markets. We're at an inflection point — scaling fast, expanding our infrastructure, and building the financial backbone that will power the next phase of our growth. That's where you come in.
Your Role
As PMO, you will be the single-threaded owner of AIRR's new ERP implementation — taking it from vendor selection through to full regional rollout, stabilisation, and adoption. The system you deliver will define how AIRR operates for the next 5+ years. You will also govern AIRR's broader finance and systems project portfolio, sitting at the intersection of Finance, Operations, Technology, and Commercial — with direct visibility to senior leadership.
What You’ll Own
- Drive end-to-end ERP implementation — from requirements and vendor selection to rollout and stabilisation
- Act as the single-threaded owner for scope, timeline, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Translate business needs into future-state processes across finance, inventory, fulfilment, and operations
- Manage ERP vendor, implementation partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Oversee data migration, system integrations, UAT, training, and change management
- Ensure the ERP enables scale, data integrity, and operational discipline — not workarounds
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in PMO, Business Systems, Finance Operations, or Transformation roles
- Proven, hands-on experience with ERP or OMS implementations in a cross-functional environment
- Strong working knowledge of finance processes: FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Track record delivering complex projects on time in fast-growth, ambiguous environments
- Structured thinking with a bias for execution — you close loops, not just open them
- Excellent stakeholder management: comfortable managing upward to CFO/VP level, laterally across ops and tech, and externally with vendors
- Right to work in Singapore — Singapore Citizen, PR, or valid Employment Pass
