Position: Online Store Associate (Internship)

About the role:
We are looking for a proactive intern to support our online store operations across e-commerce platforms. This role is great for someone who is curious about how online stores compete, pays attention to details, and enjoys working with data.
What you will do:
- Review competitors on platforms like Lazada and Shopee to understand their promotions and mechanics, and suggest ideas we can adapt
- Check artworks and captions for spelling and accuracy
- Support the artwork checking and revising process
- Assist with product listing updates
- Assist with Shop in Shop banner set up in marketplace (Lazada/Shopee)
- Join meetings with clients and internal teams when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Good communication skills in both English and Thai
- Detail-oriented and careful with content and spelling
- Curious about e-commerce and how brands compete online
- Organized and able to follow processes
