About the job:
We are looking for a Lead BI Analyst to support our cross-functional teams based across SEA. You will report to the Regional Head of Data & BI, building conviction through your insights and analysis to support our business teams and decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each line of business.
- Design and develop market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, and presentations.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to drill down into certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
- Mentor, coach, and guide BI analysts, providing technical leadership and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or Computing background.
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead position.
- Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, and results driven.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
- Solid knowledge of SQL. Hands-on experience in Power BI is preferred.
- Self-motivated and eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in E-commerce is a plus.
