We’re on the lookout for a Live Operation Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, loves working behind the scenes, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be the go-to person for keeping our livestream productions running smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Operate and control TikTok Live streaming systems, including camera switching, scene transitions, and on-screen graphics or text
- Monitor live sessions in real time to ensure smooth streaming performance and accurate on-screen display
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live streams such as audio problems, video lag, connection drops, or streaming interruptions
- Perform backend checks during live sessions to identify and resolve irregularities, including data inconsistencies and system errors
- Coordinate closely with hosts, production, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless live operations
- Support pre-live setup, live execution, and post-live checks to maintain overall stream quality
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in communication arts or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in live production is a big plus!)
- Experience in live streaming or e-commerce will be an advantage
- Proficient in live streaming software such as OBS, TikTok Studio
- Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and quick thinking
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, BI tools
- Able to work in shifts, especially during long live streaming sessions
