About the Role

Our Digital Brand Manager will own and drive the commercial performance of brands across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

In this role, you will be responsible for business growth, campaign planning, and day-to-day brand operations while acting as the key point of contact between brand partners, platforms, and internal teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced Social Commerce environment.

Responsibilities

Business Ownership & Growth

  • Own P&L and overall business performance for a portfolio of brands across platforms.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and business plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Analyze brand and consumer performance to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.

Commercial & Campaign Planning

  • Lead pricing, assortment, bundling, and promotional strategies tailored to each platform.
  • Plan and execute key campaigns in collaboration with Performance Marketing, Social Commerce, and Creative teams.
  • Ensure campaign readiness and strong execution to maximize sales and ROI.

Stakeholder & Platform Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and platform teams (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
  • Act as the main point of contact to align objectives, forecasts, and long-term roadmaps.
  • Manage negotiations, coordination, and communication with external stakeholders.

Operations & Forecasting

  • Oversee demand forecasting and inventory planning with Supply & Demand Planning and Warehouse teams.
  • Ensure healthy stock availability, assortment efficiency, and smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and proactively resolve risks or escalations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Brand Store Operations team.
  • Drive execution excellence and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Finance, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in Brand Management, Key Account Management, or E-commerce operations at e-commerce enablers, e-commerce platforms, or brands.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance.
  • Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop operations, commercial mechanics, and campaign execution.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High ownership mindset, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
