We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to manage online store operations and customer interactions. This role blends customer service excellence with store operations management, ensuring a seamless and engaging brand experience across all digital platforms.

You will be responsible for optimizing brand presence, managing digital assets, enhancing customer interactions, and executing campaigns to drive sales and engagement. Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute a high-quality brand store experience across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate product listings, engaging content, and well-maintained digital assets.
  • Assist Digital Brand Managers in executing online campaigns, promotions, and brand activations across e-commerce platforms, websites, and social media accounts.
  • Regularly update online store visuals, product descriptions, and promotional materials to drive customer engagement.
  • Use insights to improve the customer journey, refine store design, and enhance user experience.
  • Assess promotional effectiveness of campaign performance and suggest improvements for continuous growth.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and provide expert guidance on products and services.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers through open and solution-driven communication.
  • Maintain a seamless brand experience across all online platforms.
  • Work with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to optimize e-commerce performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in managing e-commerce platform’s (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Brand.com) campaign execution (set up vouchers, bundles, campaign mechanics etc)
  • Ability to engage with customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to track and interpret data to enhance the online store experience.
  • Ensuring accuracy in product listings, customer interactions, and digital content.
  • A plus for enhancing digital assets and store presentation with basic photoshop or copywriting skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within the company and with external partners.
