About the Role:
The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital paid media campaigns together with the Performance Marketing team, ensuring seamless execution.
To succeed in this role, he/she must have a hands-on approach and drive activities associated with the execution of cross-channel campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build media plans and strategic approaches for assigned clients across major eCommerce platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
- Execute campaign setup and optimization for both Onsite and Offsite channels, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure achievement of media KPIs & sales targets.
- Apply data-driven analysis to generate performance reports (weekly, quarterly, yearly), delivering strong insights and actionable steps for clients.
- Participate in brand pitch process with media lead to developing strategy proposals under tight deadlines.
- Work with stakeholders in managing the day-to-day marketing operations of partner brands and the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Planner/Digital Performance role Media agency/media team in E-commerce environment.
- Prior experience working with eCommerce brands, experience with branding campaigns is a strong plus.
- Proactiveness and high willingness to learn new trends and initiatives.
- Effective communication skills in client-facing situations, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with high ownership and eager to learn new things with open-minded thinking.
