Position: KOL Associate (3 months contract)
Location: 4 days in Office / 1 days Remote (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify potential KOLs and creators on TikTok / IG that match campaign needs
- Reach out to creators, initiate conversations, and collect key info (rate cards, content type, etc.)
- Support campaign team in shortlisting and evaluating creators
- Maintain updated KOL database (contact, performance, and content links)
- Coordinate product sampling and follow-up on deliverables
- Assist in basic performance tracking and report preparation
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, agency, or social media preferred
- Strong interest in Beauty / Lifestyle and TikTok platform
- Good communication and coordination skills (chatting, outreach, follow-up)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Enjoy discovering new trends / creators
- Basic English communication is a plus.
