The Production Manager will oversee the whole production process and coordinate all activities. They must have advanced understanding of creative production and procedures involved in serving ads in various media platforms, proficiency in computer applications, proven presentation, negotiation and communication skills, as well as leadership and organizational skills. The Production Manager must also be creative, proactive, detail oriented and has the ability to work independently and as a team leader, even under stressful environments and while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of live streaming and online production.
- Manage the team’s calendars to ensure enough resources are on hand.
- Coordinate with suppliers, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.
- Anticipate and identify any technical or resource issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Ensure all required content is produced and delivered on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, multimedia design, advertising, marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in in similar role with exposure to online content/above the line TVC production and live streaming
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
- Able to think and plan ahead
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven project management and coordination skills
