We’re looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Shoot Talent Scout to support our Production Manager in sourcing, coordinating, and onboarding digital talents for upcoming short-form content shoots. This is a project-based role ideal for someone with experience in casting, influencer coordination, or creator scouting—particularly within social-first, fast-paced campaigns.
You’ll play a key role during pre-production, ensuring that we find the right faces and voices to bring our creative ideas to life across TikTok and other digital platforms. You’ll help manage talent coordination, booking, and shoot talent management, ensuring that all moving parts are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager in scheduling and coordinating digital talents for upcoming content shoots
- Help identify, reach out to, and book creators or talents aligned with the creative brief and brand campaign needs
- Support in briefing sessions, send shoot guidelines, and handle talent queries during pre-production
- Assist in managing and tracking contracts, consent forms, and deliverables from talent
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, brand, post-production) to ensure alignment on shoot logistics and preparations
- Support talent-related efforts across acquisition or brand campaign content initiatives
Requirements:
- Preferably from the following fields: Communications, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Theater, Production, or other related disciplines
- 1–3 years of experience in any of the following:
Talent Casting
Influencer Marketing / Creator Management
Production Coordination
Production Management
- Exposure to digital campaigns and UGC formats, especially TikTok-first or social-first shoots
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; confident managing multiple moving parts across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has an eye for TikTok trends and a genuine interest in digital talent, influencer culture, and content creation
- Builds strong rapport with talents and handlers, and communicates clearly and kindly
- Can handle last-minute changes or re-casts confidently and calmly
- Working knowledge of contracts, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity terms, and usage fees
- Familiarity with production timelines and ability to scout in alignment with tight schedules and creative vision
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and project management tools like Notion, Trello, or Airtable
- A team player with a can-do attitude—eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment
- Provide on-ground or remote support during shoot days, assisting with talent check-ins, briefing, and logistics
- Assist in the post-shoot process, including payment requisitions, submission to finance, and providing real-time updates on payment status
