We’re looking for a creative, community-driven Community Management Specialist to join our team! You’ll be the voice of our brand on social platforms like TikTok and Instagram — and play a key role in building meaningful connections with our audience. If you're passionate about social trends, love engaging with online communities, and know how to keep the vibe fun (even when things get tough), we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Account Management    
    • Oversee the community management of the official Instagram and TikTok account.
    • Adapt and localize FAQs and responses based on brand guidelines to suit the platforms and local audience preferences.
    • Ensure all interactions and content align with platform guidelines and the brand’s tone of voice.
  • Engage with the Community:
    • Actively engage with community members/audience through comments, replies, broadcast channels, and direct messages to foster meaningful relationships between community and brands.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring the community feels valued and connected.
    • Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and participation in brand campaigns, leveraging platforms unique features like challenges and trends including influencers, communities, and other relevant social spaces/pages to culture and the brand.
  • Content Moderation and Crisis Management
    • Monitor and address inappropriate or harmful content, ensuring alignment with community and brand standards.
    • Proactively manage spam, trolling, and disruptive behaviors to maintain a safe and welcoming community.
    • Remove content that violates guidelines and respond to potential negative sentiments promptly and professionally.
  • Content Curation and Amplification
    • Filter and curate high-quality user-generated content for potential re-sharing or highlighting on the official accounts.
    • Leverage standout UGC to amplify brand visibility and authenticity, while staying consistent with campaign objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Admin, or a related role. Preferably from Agency or E- Commerce Enabler.
  • Experience in social media or community management (especially TikTok and/or Instagram)
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • A finger on the pulse of internet culture and Gen Z trends.
  • Calm under pressure with good judgment during sensitive situations.
